Using Spreaker to record a podcast
Wee are are going to learn how to use Spreaker to record our podcast.
Podcast Studio by Spreaker is a software platform designed for creating, recording, and distributing podcasts.
- Download the Podcast Studio by Spreaker app from the App Store on your iPad.
- Open the app and sign up for a Spreaker account, or log in if you already have one.
- To start a new recording, tap the «Create Episode» button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Set up your recording environment by connecting your iPad to a microphone, and make sure you’re in a quiet room with good acoustics.
- Once you’re ready to record, tap the «Record» button in the bottom center of the screen. You’ll see a timer counting up, indicating the length of your recording.
- Speak into the microphone and share your thoughts, insights, and ideas for your podcast episode. You can pause the recording at any time by tapping the «Pause» button, and resume it by tapping the «Record» button again.
- When you’re finished recording, tap the «Stop» button in the bottom center of the screen. You’ll then be able to review your recording and edit it if necessary.
- To add music or sound effects, tap the «Add Track» button in the bottom left corner of the screen and select the audio file you want to add. You can also adjust the volume levels of each track in the mixer.
- When you’re satisfied with your recording, tap the «Publish» button in the top right corner of the screen. Give your episode a title, add a description, and choose the cover art if you wish. Then tap the «Publish» button again to upload your episode to the Spreaker platform.

1: Join the Discord
- Create a Discord account. Learn how to create one here.
- Go to Midjourney, and accept the invitation.
2: Find a Newbies Channel
Select any newbies-#
channel visible in the left sidebar.
3: Use the /imagine Command
4: Processes the Job
Generating an image activates the free Midjourney trial. Trial users can make roughly 25 Jobs before needing to subscribe.
5: Upscale or Create Variations
- U buttons upscale an image generating a larger version of the selected image and adding more details.
- V buttons create slight variations of the selected grid image. Creating a variation generates a new image grid similar to the chosen image’s overall style and composition.
- The 🔄 (re-roll) reruns a Job. In this case it would rerun the original prompt producing a new grid of images.
6: Save Your Image
Click on the image to open it to full size, and then right-click and choose Save image
. On mobile, long tap the image and then tap the download icon in the top right corner.
